Dessert Alert!
We are in dire need of desserts and baked goods for the band camp dinners.  Please help our 210 hard-working students have a sweet treat to cap off their dinner meal! 

We need desserts and baked goods daily beginning Tuesday, July 28th.

Drop off to table in band room. 
Thanks for your support in refueling the masses!

Band Camp Dinner Volunteers Needed:  Please consider signing up (in Charms) to assist with band camp dinner prep and clean up.  We have openings from June 30 - Aug 5.

If you volunteered to bring fruit, please send it in any day with your student or bring it to the Band Room after 3 PM. Thank you again for helping out with this need.

Starting tomorrow, July 23rd, ALL students must park at the Weber parking lot.

Over the next few weeks please send any correspondence or questions that would normally be sent to Dr. G to Mr. Harris. Thank You

We are transitioning away from the ‘protected areas’ of the band website to Charms.  Much of the information is already in Charms, including contact information, student accounts, marching music, calendar events and announcements.

Beginning July, we have moved all volunteer signups to Charms and have begun with the Band Camp Dinners. Sign on to Charms (click the icon on the band website or, and enter the school code and student area password.  Go to the Calendar date and click on the ‘hand’ to sign up.  Enter you name, phone and email.  We will only be using email reminders at this time, but the coordinator may need a phone to reach you.

Beginning on June 1st:

*     The Main Entrance to the Smiley Campus will not be accessible due to construction in the front of the building and the re-pavement of the school parking Lots.

*     Students that need to be dropped off and picked up may do so in the Band  lot or over at the Weber Parking Lot.

*     ALL STUDENTS THAT DRIVE will need to park at the WEBER LOT and walk around the building. 


We will be notified as parking lots are able to be used again.  The Main Entrance and hallway at the front of the school will NOT be accessible until August 1st.
